An Egyptian raises an allegation to get back the Numeri Castle in Cairo

Egyptian citizen Angele Soliman Pisanty has raised a law-suit in front of
the Higher Jurisdiction Administrative Court, in Egypt, to recuperate the
castle occupied by the former President of Yemen El Salal, in Heliopolis,
and which is occupied by ex president of Sudan, Gaafar El Numeri.

The plaintiff requires in her case the compensation of 5 million pounds for
the past years, during which the castle was registered, as sole beneficiary,
by mistake, to the Republic Presidency.

The plaintiff said that the property was transferred to her by her husband,
the former owner, Henry Kfoury, ( correction that she bought direct the property from the Heliopolis Company in Cairo Egypt )

by a contract registered in the
Registration Ownership Office South Cairo, under No. 104 in the year 1978.
According to this, the claim of selling the property to the Ministry of
Treasury which then designated it to the Republic Presidency since 1965
contradicts the decree presented which assures that the previous owner wrote
and admission , after remission of the custody by the sequestration,
allowing by it the Republic Presidency to use the property till the present
occupant, which was the former President El Salal, leaves it or till they
find a suitable place for him. This permission was not valid anymore once
the Salal left the property and it did not give the Republic Presidency the
right to host another president in it who is the President Gaafar El Numeri

L'attore richiede nel suo caso la compensazione di 5 milione libbre egiziane per gli anni passati, durante cui il castello era è stato registrato, come beneficiario unico, da errore, alla presidenza di repubblica. L'attore ha detto che la proprietà le è stata trasferita da suo marito, dal proprietario precedente, Henry Kfoury, (correzione che lei ha comprato direttamente alla proprietà dalla società Heliopolis in Cairo Egypt) da un contratto registrato nell'ufficio di proprietà di registrazione il South Cairo, sotto N. 104 nell'anno 1978. Un Egyptien lève une allégation pour revenir le Château Numeri dans le Citoyen d'Egyptien de Caire Angele Soliman Pisanty a levé un procès devant le Tribunal administratif de Juridiction Plus haut, en Egypte, récupérer le château occupé par l'ancien Président de l'Yémen Salal el-, dans Heliopolis et qui est occupé par excepté le président du Soudan, Gaafar Numeri el-.

Le demandeur a dit que la propriété lui a été transférée par son mari, l'ancien propriétaire, Henry Kfoury, (la correction qu'elle a acheté direct la propriété du Heliopolis Company dans Cairo Egypt) selon un contrat enregistré dans le Bureau de Propriété d'Enregistrement South Cairo, sous No 104 l'année 1978.
Selon cela, la revendication de vendre la propriété au Ministère de Trésorerie(trésor) qui l'a alors désigné en République la Présidence depuis 1965

Contredit le décret présenté qui assure que le propriétaire précédent a écrit et l'admission, après la remise(rémission) de la garde par la séquestration, permettant par cela la République la Présidence pour employer la propriété jusqu'à l'occupant présent, qui était l'ancien Président Salal el-, le laisse(quitte) ou avant qu'ils trouvent une place appropriée pour lui.

Cette permission n'était pas valable désormais une fois
que le Salal a laissé(quitté) la propriété et il n'a pas donné à la République de Présidence le droit d'y accueillir un autre président qui est le President Gaafar el- Numeri ...

Ein Ägypter erhebt(erhöht) eine Behauptung, um zurückzukommen, das Numeri Schloß in Ägypter-Bürger von Kairo Angele Soliman Pisanty hat einen Prozeß vor der Höheren Jurisdiktion Administratives Gericht, in Ägypten erhoben(erhöht), das
Schloß besitzt durch den ehemaligen Präsidenten Des Jemens El Salal, in Heliopolis wiederzuerlangen
, und der durch ab Präsidenten Des Sudans, Gaafar El Numeri besitzt wird. Der Zivilkläger verlangt in ihrem Fall die Entschädigung von 5 Millionen Pfund für die vorigen Jahre, während deren das Schloß, als alleiniger Begünstigter, irrtümlich, nach der Republik Präsidentenamt registriert wurde.
Der Zivilkläger sagte, dass das Eigentum ihr von ihrem Ehemann, der ehemalige Inhaber, Henry Kfoury, (Verbesserung übergeben wurde, die sie direkt dem Eigentum vom Heliopolis Company in Cairo Egypt) kaufte
Durch einen Vertrag eingetragen im
Registrierungsbesitz-Büro South Cairo, unter No 104 im Jahr 1978.
